Buzarnescu & Olaru join double final
The 100% romanian team will play against Nadiia Kichenok (UKR) and Anastasia Rodionova (AUS) and try to win the title for this 32nd edition of WTA Strasbourg! After a first set that was tight until the last minutes (7/5), the romanian tenniswomen didn't let a chance for their opponents. They won the match in 1h22 (6/2 in the second set).
Let's meet tomorrow on Central Court at 12.30am for the final game!
Buzarnescu won't have both finals (single & double)... It will be a match between Cibulkova & Pavlyuchenkova, for the first time in Strasbourg!
Dominika Cibulkova, seeded n°5 will meet Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova, whom she played against lastly in Doha. The Russian tenniswoman didn't have to show plenty of her talent, Ashleigh Barty having abandoned for injury at the second set.
Both players will meet for the first time in final and will have to show their tennis skills, and try to win the WTA Strasbourg trophy! Watch them on Central Court at 3.00pm!
