From Monday 20 to Saturday 25 May 2019, we encourage you to invite your clients and professional relations to the first French women's tennis tournament, in an exceptional setting, at the foot of the European Parliament.
The VIP Village is an unmissable meeting place, where the main economic players of the Greater East are present (5 800 VIPs on the week). You will be able to develop privileged relations with your clients and the other partners of the tournament.
Our hospitality services are available on a daily or weekly basis. In order to meet your needs, we offer two different services with a turnkey service:
« LOGE PREMIUM » SERVICE
This top-of-the-range service will allow you to watch the tournament directly in your private box on the center court and you have access at the VIP village, where you will enjoy a gastronomic lunch reserved table. You can also enjoy the Open Bar of the VIP village all day.
« Club des Loges » service
This top-of-the-range service will allow you to watch the games in the box at the edge of the central court and to access the VIP village, where you will enjoy a gastronomic lunch reserved table. You can also enjoy the Open Bar of the VIP village all day.
This benefit is offered from Monday 20 to Saturday 25 May 2019.
After the great success of the concept since 2015, the Internationaux de Strasbourg renew the Afterwork service for three unique evenings, on Tuesday 21st, Wednesday 22nd & Thursday 23rd May 2019 from 17h30 to 22h.
This top-of-the-range service will allow you to attend the last game of the day on the central court and to reach the VIP village from 17:30, where you can enjoy the Open Bar with musical atmosphere and the "buffet dinatoire".
You wish to organize a private event (conference, breakfast, evening) in a unique and original place, we provide you with fully equipped and decorated spaces as well as our staff to welcome you in the best conditions.
