SLOANE STEPHENS, Number 8 worldwide, WILL BE AT #IS19!
The 26-year-old American confirmed her presence at the tournament. Coming to Strasbourg for the first time in 2012, she has since achieved great results, reaching 3rd place in the world. Sloane STEPHENS, winner of the US Open in 2017, is the first player to receive a Wild Card for this edition of the Internationaux de Strasbourg.
She is also the second player, after the Australian Ashleigh BARTY (9th), to be ranked in the Top 10 in the world, and to appear in the final table of the 2019 edition.
A Roland-Garros finalist last year, the player has already won 6 titles and intends to complete her list in Strasbourg.
